     Sometimes i always thinking about how to get a healthy and beautiful body, i should balance my food nutrition, the intake of carbohydrate, fat, vitamin, protein, and minerals. But i am confused how to get it?
I getting bored of eating junks. i should better eat healthy foods and beverages now.
     My hobby is cooking and eating, so i always try to make beverages or foods that good for me or our health.
you can try this recipe as a start. Fruits are really good for us. I often make this recipe. You must try and do not hesitate.
     The name is Mixed Fruits Set-Up.
Ingredients :
- 150 grams of sugar
- 400 ml of water
- 1 stalk of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of lemon water
- 2 pears cut into small pieces
- 1 guava cut into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoon of honey
- a sunkist orange which is peeled.
Food Preparation :
1. First, boil some water and dissolve the sugar and cinnamon until the temperature is around  100 C, turn down the fire, then add lemon water in it. And stir it well.
2. Add pears and guava into the boiled water until the color change, and turn your stove off.
3. Pour cornmeal flour and honey into he boiled sugar, then stir it well until it is viscous. Serve the Mixed Fruits Set-Up with slices of Sunkist orange and honey solution.
     So, set your kitchen and tied your apron.
